Sam

Sam is a former stray taken in by his owner in Sacramento, California. His right eye stayed infected, watery and droopy, and a vet diagnosed entropion, a condition in which the eyelid rolls inward so the lashes scratch the eye every day.

Left untreated it can cause permanent damage. Corrective surgery is quoted at $1,944.53, and the money raised goes toward that procedure and his recovery.
